hornet's nest

In summer we had hornets in our garden. Hornets are protected animals. Generaly they are not dangerous. In winter they leave the nest and only the queen survives. In the next year they make a new nest. So we toke the nest at school, watched and tried to conserve it. It's sure that we took photos.

Old Newspapers? Vol.III

What do you do when you goes btrain with your class? We collect old Newspapers. The people guess it in train. Than we created a new Newspapers fashion and our models shows it on the catwalk. It was really funny.

Old Newspapers? Vol.II

What's about old Newspapers? We cut the paper in very small pieces and put it into a bucket with water. Paul mix it every day. Then we made a new paper. Now we are inquite to style it and make a picture.

Young reporters

Our young reporters are always on the way to be up to date. They are looking for informations about the Comenius-partner-countries, about ecological News, about animals and plants and they make little radio-shows.

Old Newspapers?

We collected old Newspapers and what we have done? We didn't burned it, we didn't wasted it ... we recycled it! Now the old Newspapers are lucky colored crawling beetle ... big crawling beetles. Believe us, we needed some weeks to do it. Look here:

Happy 1st of March!

In Romania 1st of March is a beloved holiday. It is the day people start to embrace spring and hope for fresh beginnings, the arrival of flowers and tiny green buds.
On this day people offer each other and wear the MARTISOR, which is a small token that brings you luck, always tied with a little red and white thread: red the symbol for love and white the symbol for peace.
I am proudly sending you these virtual martisoare (hand made by our students) and wishing you a beautiful spring! May it happen in your hearts and souls, so that you can enjoy all that life has there to
